Dr. Laurie Grunebaum is a licensed clinical psychologist and provides clinical evaluation and psychotherapy services. She has over 20 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues.
She is integrative in her approach to treatment. It means that she uses all theoretical orientations and interventions uniquely tailored to the needs of each patient.
Dr. Laurie Grunebaum has held a clinical faculty appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Yale School of Medicine since 1999, where she supervises Ph.D. candidates in clinical psychology as part of their required psychotherapy training.
She has specialized expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, developmental trauma, event trauma, and early adult to later adult developmental issues/transitions, including infertility, pregnancy and parenting.
